Brianne Stendardo, BA, MT-BC
Brianne Stendardo received her bachelor’s degree in Music Therapy with a minor in Psychology from Montclair State University and completed her internship at the Young Children’s Center for The Arts in Philadelphia, P.A. in 2021. She is currently working to obtain her Music Therapy board-certification.
For over 14 years, Brianne has specialized in playing percussion instruments such as: drum set, doumbek, djembe, bongos, congas, marimba, xylophone, timpani, auxiliary percussion, and many more. Brianne is also proficient in playing the piano, guitar, bass guitar, ukulele, and singing.
Brianne’s Music Therapy philosophy lies within the passion of helping others through strength-based music experiences. She believes music is a versatile and powerful entity that can open a myriad of opportunities for one during their unique process in growth. Brianne feels that Music Therapy offers the potential for one to experience self-expression, validation, healing, comfort, and vulnerability in a safe space.
